Don’t worry about your experience. All classes are appropriate for beginners with little or no experience. Choose a BodyPump™ workout if you are interested in adding muscle definition, a cardio class to build cardiovascular endurance and shed a few extra pounds, or a yoga class for flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. Feel the rhythm and feel the burn with a high energy Zumba dance class.
