MOM-TO-BE (Prenatal) MASSAGE:
This relaxation massage is designed to suit the needs of the expectant mother and her unborn child. The use of pillows allow the mother to be comfortable even during her final months of pregnancy. This massage will help relieve physical and emotional tension, while helping to reduce aches, pains, and swelling.

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension and realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity or patients who have sustained physical injury.

INTEGRATIVE CLINICAL MASSAGE:
This treatment focuses on the removal of tensions within the tissues of the various systems of the body, which leads to better overall health, a reduction or elimination of pain symptoms, as well as an increase in available range of motion within the joints of the body. This is all accomplished utilizing a few key massage techniques Lowen Systems or Dynamic Manual Interface, Muscle Energy Technique, Positional Release, and Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapies. The advantage to this system of work is that it is a true multi-systems approach to pain and dysfunction resulting in faster, more comprehensive results.

A combination of hot and cold stones encourage the exchange of blood and lymph and provide soothing heat for deep-tissue work. Cold stones aid with inflammation and balance energies. The use of both will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
All services are by appointment only. If you must cancel or change your spa appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice and no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of appointment and will be charged 50% of the treatment’s value. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. A parent must sign for any child under the age of 18 to receive a treatment. All prices are subject to change.
