One-on-One Personal Training: Get Results Fast!

If you want results, and you want them fast, nothing will deliver faster results than one-on-one personal training. At Adventure 212 Fitness, our Personal Trainers will meet with you to discuss your fitness needs and goals. We take your personal needs and interests into consideration before recommending the optimal fitness plan. We customize a program designed especially for you, and will keep you motivated to meet your goals. We guarantee personalized, individual attention and the guidance you need to get the results you want. At Adventure 212 Fitness our Personal Trainers are nationally-certified to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to provide you with the best service possible.

Members of ALL fitness levels can benefit from Personal Training. First-time exercisers will learn the correct techniques and the appropriate exercises to reach their goals. Long-time gym goers will be pushed to new levels and break out of plateaus. To accommodate your schedule and your needs, we offer 30 and 60-minute sessions.
