Smart nutrition is all about choices. We’ll work with you to examine your health concerns and help you understand how your choices are either promoting or damaging your health.

What to Expect:

Your first appointment is a 1 hour assessment session. During this session we will work though a one day food journal to determine current eating and lifestyle patterns. We will also discuss any applicable lab/test results that may be pertinent to your goals. We’ll discuss why you are here, what you’d like to accomplish, and establish the framework for follow-up visits.

Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes and are very important in maintaining your goals. During a follow-up session we will monitor your progress, address questions, and create strategies and solutions for stumbling blocks you may encounter between visits. Your specific nutrition needs will determine how we proceed. Be assured that our work is grounded in solid, science-based nutrition education and behavior modification techniques. Follow-up sessions can also be done via email.
