Kid Zone: Kids have Fun While Parents Work Out!

Kid Zone Child Care Current Hours (as of December 1, 2011)

Check In/Out Policies:

Parent/guardian must escort their child to the Kid Zone. Children will only be released to the parent/guardian who checked them in and have provided a photo ID, unless we receive written authorization in advance.

Parent/guardian will be notified by page if a child is hurt or ill, if excessive crying occurs (20+ minutes), and/or if inappropriate behavior repeatedly occurs (i.e. cursing, kicking, biting, hitting, throwing things, etc.).

Reservations and Length of Stay:

Reservations are required and can be made up to 3 weeks in advance by calling 715-343-0212 during regular business hours or by stopping at either the front reception or Kid Zone. Children may stay up to 2.5 hours. While your children are checked into Kid Zone you must remain in the facility, with the exception of special programs.

State standards require us to maintain appropriate adult/child supervision ratios. By staffing more efficiently, we can provide the best care for your children. Kid Zone reservations are required and can be made uo to 3 weeks in advance by calling 715-343-0212 Ext. 254. Reservations are required for children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Arriving late (more than a half hour for your reservation or no shows may be subject to late charges or temporary suspensions of Kid Zone use. Late/No Show fee is $5/child. All children may stay up to 2.5 hours. Parents of children 6 weeks to 6 years old must remain in the facility when using the Kid Zone. Parents of kids 7 to 13 years may leave the building after a contact number has been left with the Kid Zone staff.

Food and Health Policies:

Food and gum are NOT permitted in Kid Zone. Drinks are allowed if consumed from an enclosed plastic container.

Please make sure your child’s diaper is clean and dry when left with Kid Zone staff. We will change diapers if it becomes necessary while your child is with us, so please bring labeled diaper bags with the needed accessories. If your child is toilet has an accidents in our care, you will be asked to come and change your child.

To ensure the health and well-being of all children and staff, we ask that your refrain from bringing your child to the Kid Zone if he/she exhibits any of the following symptoms or illnesses:

• Fever in the last 24 hours
• Congested cough
• Heavy nasal discharge
• Vomiting
• Eye infection
• Lice
• Diarrhea

If symptoms become apparent after the child is admitted, the parent/guardian will be asked to remove the child. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your child if we feel it will place other children at risk. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

Birthday Party Information

The Kid Zone offers great Birthday packages. Our facilities are open to the public. Member discounts are available. Have your Birthday party at Adventure 212 Fitness and let us do the work while you enjoy the day! Relax and let us take care of the preperation, entertainment and, food. We run the entire birthday party to ensure that everyone has fun on this special day. Take a deep breath and call us to book your party now! You'll be so glad you did!

• Goodie bag for each child.

• Package pricing includes up to 15 children. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional child with maximum number being 20 kids.
• Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm date.
