Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training offers the expertise of a Personal Trainer at less than half the cost of one-on-one training. Small group training consists of group of 3 to 6 individuals working with a trainer at the same time. You may start small group training with some friends to form your own group, or join a group that is already in progress. Group times are always changing so please check with the front desk to see if a group is currently running that works into your schedule.

Small group training is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. The trainer will develop and modify exercises to accommodate all participants. Because you are working out with a group of people, some exercises focus around team-based activities to get everyone cooperating and competing. Don’t be surprised if you start to make some friends during small group training!

Whether you are training for fat loss, strength or endurance, working out with a group increases motivation to push you to a new level. Group members not only offer support but accountability to show up and reach your goals. You will not find a more cost-effective alternative to reach your fitness goals than small group Personal Training.

Small Group Training includes:

2-3 small group personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks
Sessions will include strength, stability, endurance and functional movement lessons
