Pick Me Gym Trial

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Age: 22 and over
  • Do not currently exercise on a regular basis
  • Agree to follow a 21-day supervised training program with moderate exercise, 60 minutes, three times a week
  • Must be able to commit to 1or 2 evening sessions (Tuesday and/or Thursday) at 6:45 pm for 3 weeks
  • You will receive a fitness evaluation at the end of the 21-day program
  • $30 deposit fully redeemable at time of membership sign up.
