Action Group Training (AGT)

AGToffers the expertise of a Personal Trainer at less than half the cost of one-on-one training. AGT consists of group of individuals working with a trainer at the same time. Group times are always changing so please check with the front desk to see if a group is currently running that works into your schedule.

AGT is appropriate for ALL fitness levels. The trainer will develop and modify exercises to accommodate all participants. Because you are working out with a group of people, some exercises focus around team-based activities to get everyone cooperating and competing. Don’t be surprised if you start to make some friends during AGT!

Whether you are training for fat loss, strength or endurance, working out with a group increases motivation to push you to a new level. Group members not only offer support but accountability to show up and reach your goals. You will not find a more cost-effective alternative to reach your fitness goals than AGT.

AGT Class Descrptions

TRX: TRX is a results-driven, specialized group training program that will help get your body “game day” ready. Over the course of a six-week, 12-session class, your TRX coach leads you through a series of progressive total-body workouts that combine dynamic strength and flexibility exercises, core work and team cardio skills. This high-energy, small group training builds strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, and core stability.

Pilates Reformer: Small group training classes are offered at select Spectrum locations. Pilates is an effective exercise system using the Pilates Reformer. It improves core strength, flexibility, posture and overall body strength.  Pilates instruction from level 1 through 5 is offered. After an initial evaluation, your instructor will customize a program just for you.
