Classes taught: CXWORX (Les Mills) and Body Combat(Les Mills)

Why should people attend your classes:  Both classes I teach are great for improving the overall health and fitness goals of each individual and can be geared for all fitness levels and ages. A benefit to CXWORX is getting a full-body but core strength focused workout in only 30 minutes! Group Fight lets you have fun with cardio while kicking some butt and getting all those stresses out from the day.

What do you enjoy about being an instructor:  I enjoy working and work out at the same time, seeing the members having fun and enjoying working out, along with seeing the improvements people make as they continue to come to classes.

Classes taught at Adventure 212: Aqua Fit, Aqua Adventure, and Aqua Zumba

Why should people attend your classes: My routines include a warm-up, a great cardio session that is often enhanced by water weights, resistance bands, balls, and noodles and we end with a cool down.   With Aqua Zumba, every class feels like a party and is for all ages.  Not everyone wants to jump around on land, so if you want to enjoy the benefits of a Zumba workout without the impact, give Aqua Zumba a try.  My Aqua Adventure class uses buoyancy and resistance of the water and creates a dynamic cardio and sculpting movements and I will ensure that those in attendance will get a great workout, so what are you waiting for?

What do you enjoy about being an instructor?  I enjoy motivating others to push themselves to do their very best, while providing a safe but challenging routine.  Seeing the progress made by members is amazing and rewarding!

Why should people attend my classes: CXWORX is a time effective way to get an outstanding core workout. The class follows a specific format and each of the six tracks has a specific purpose. This 30 minute class is challenging and fun. You will definitely see and feel the results!

What do I enjoy about being an instructor:  Fitness is a continuous journey and I have learned that it is easier to stay on track when you have a support system to keep you accountable. Adventure 212 has become that community of support for me and I want to help motivate and encourage others on their journeys of health and fitness through group fitness.

Classes taught at Adventure 212: Aqua Action and Legs/Abs Express

Why should people attend your classes: My Aqua Action class focuses on core and cardio! We combine serious exercise with fun music and uncomplicated repetitions to allow anyone to tone up their core and increase their heart rate. Legs/Abs Express utilizes the jets to provide a fun and challenging work-out that whips your legs and tummy into shape. The format of this class is based on competitive swimmers’ training techniques and is designed to let your inner athlete free! (a swimming background is not necessary but the ability to comfortably maneuver in moving water is highly recommended).

What do you enjoy about being an instructor? By being able to combine my absolute love of all things water with my love of teaching, I get to help people discover their inner athlete. I enjoy watching them transform from the “I can’t” people to the “I did it” people!

Classes taught at Adventure 212: Group cycling

Why should people attend your class: My motto has always been “work hard, but have fun, the time flies, and the results will come.” The members want to make the time spent together count, so I challenge them during class and we work hard. I remind them that this is their ride, but I’ll give them every opportunity to explore new physical and mental limits, as the class isn’t just about riding a bike.

What do you enjoy about being an instructor?  The best part about being an instructor has to be hands down, the riders that attend my class.  Interacting with such amazing people and seeing them chase their dreams and goals makes it so easy to get inspired and fired up.

Lori Schneider

Lori Schneider

Classes taught at Adventure 212:  Body Pump (Les Mills) and Body Flow (Les Mills)

Why should people attend your classes:  Body Pump is a high energy class and is a great way to tone and sculpt your entire body. I strive to be very instructional so the class is easy to follow and participants do the moves correctly to get the most benefits from the class.  Body Flow is a great way to improve balance, strength and flexibility.  We work through nine tracks of music connecting our breathing and movements as we target different parts of our bodies, such as legs in standing strength, core muscles in the abdominal and back tracks, and hip and spine mobility.

What do you enjoy about being an instructor?  I like motivating people to be their best and love the feedback when they stick with a class and start seeing the results. No matter which class you take, you will be working muscles in a new way and may be a little sore in the beginning but after a short time you will see results.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, you will be able to push yourself to your own limits and get what you want out of it. You will be amazed at how much your cardiovascular conditioning improves over time.

What do you enjoy about being an instructor? I enjoy having fun. Workouts are so much better when we are jamming to good tunes while we push ourselves to work harder each and every                                                                                         class.

Teaching classes is the best part of my work day!  As a former classroom teacher, I enjoy the chance to encourage and help others reach their goals (whatever they may be!)
