If you are a NEW PARTICIPANT, please arrive 10 minutes early so the instructor may set you up with the proper equipment before class. Classes are 55 minutes in length unless noted with an asterisk (*). Please advise instructor of any health conditions. Only Group Fitness participants may be in Group Fitness studios during class times.

AQUA

Aqua HI-YO: a new twist on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that combines four proven training methods; Tabata, Fartlek, Little Method &Turbulence Training, into a program designed to assist participants reach their health & fitness goals. It’s easily personalized and adaptable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Yoga: Enjoy the invigorating benefits of a joint friendly, flexibility, strength, and relaxation focused class. Swimming Skills are not required. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Aqua Action: A combination of aerobic & strength training exercises that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized! Time will be allocated at the end of class for flexibility training.
Joints in Motion: Specially designed gentle movements in our warm water (85 degree) pool. Work with the water buoyancy and resistance to improve your joint flexibility, relieve pain and stiffness, and strengthen your muscles. This class is excellent for those with arthritis, recovering from surgery, or with any chronic pain disorders. People with multiple/severe joint problems or who have had joint surgery are encouraged to check with their doctors about special precautions.
Aqua Zumba: Taking the party into the pool! Experience safe, effective and challenging water-based workouts that integrate the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines, all while having fun splashing around to choreographed music. For all fitness levels and age groups.
*Aqua HIIT: 45minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that combines work and rest segments to help you increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

PILATES / YOGA

Beginning Yoga: Never practiced Yoga before? Worried you are not flexible enough, don’t have enough balance, don’t know all those strange names of the Yoga poses? Then this is the perfect place to start! You’ll be guided through a class that will show you that anyone can practice Yoga. Learn the basic posses of Yoga and see how it can bring joy, relaxation and strength to your life.
Sunrise Yoga: Integrating breath and movement to create a flow between Sun Salutation, standing sequences, balancing and seated poses. This class is intended to awaken and energize the morning mind and body.
Pilates Fusion: This class focuses on core strength through proper body alignment. Much of the class will be performed while seated or lying on a mat that is provided. During class the focus is to mobilize the spine in all appropriate directions, work major joints of the body in appropriate ranges of motion and develop core strength. All of the exercises encourage better breathing, posture and movement in functional daily life. Leave class feeling taller, leaner, and lighter on your feet. Your head will be clear and your breath will be full of life.
BodyFlow: Is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class is designed for those at an intermediate fitness level and with some basic Yoga experience.
Chair Yoga: For those who have trouble getting up and down from the floor, we have yoga for you, too! Combine balance, strength, and flexibility practice with mindful breathing and leave feeling limber and centered.

CARDIO

*Sh’ Bam: Is a 45 minute class which features simple but seriously to dance moves, SH'BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star-even if you feel like you are dance-challenged.
RPM: Is a 55-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance lever and pedal speed.
Zumba: Zumba® is a combination of Latin and World rhythms that are designed to bring people together to sweat it on by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Zumba GoldA 45 minute dance style aerobics class for beginners and aging populations. Combines Latin and world rhythms with all the elements of fitness. Gentle on the joints and so much fun, it doesn't feel like exercise!
BodyCombat: This 55 minute class is a martial arts inspired, non-contact class. Release stress with this high energy inspired workout. Not only will you develop coordination, speed and agility, but you will leave class feel empowered.
*Les Mills SPRINT: A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout utilizing the indoor bike to achieve fast results. Short and INTENSE! 

STRENGTH

BodyPump: Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
*CXWORX: Equal CORE ANNIHILATION! Get ready for an explosive high intensity 30 minute workout that will shred your abs, glutes, back, hips, thighs, and everything in-between. This class is geared for experienced exercisers for maximum core training. Participants will use resistance tubes and weight plates to rev up the challenge for fast results
*Senior Strength: This low/moderate intensity land class walks you through a variety of strength, flexibly and balance moves. Using resistance bands, hand weights, balance techniques and bodyweight this workout is sure to keep you moving, stretching and having a good time. Majority of the class consists of standing up, or sitting in a chair. Modifications will be provided throughout the class to help ensure that every individual can participate. 55min Mon/Fri, *45min Tues/Thurs
Fit after 50: Focused on adults over age 50 this class is designed to increase mobility, stability, flexibility, and agility in a way that is fun and effective!
Butts n’ Guts: A combination of cardio and strength training with a primary focus on the lower body and core and everything in between. This class is designed for all audiences from beginner to advanced, all moves are modified to ensure maximum efficacy. Be prepared to sweat and work off those trouble areas!
Arms n' AbsThe perfect class to round out your fitness routine! Upper body strength focused class that welcomes all fitness levels. Create sculpted arms and strengthen the abdominals using a variety of equipment and techniques.
*Les Mills GRIT: A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style class proven to increase aerobic fitness, grow lean muscle tissues, and burn calories for HOURS after you work out! All in just 30 minutes!
*Les Mills BarreThis 30 minute ballet inspired class allows you to shape and tone all the muscles, build core strength, and escape the everyday! 
*Les Mills Tone: This class combines blocks of strength, cardio, and core training into one complete and convenient 30 minute workout!
*Foam Rolling 101: This 45 minute class will focus on flexibility and the technique of self-myofascial release (SMR). This technique is shown to lengthen tight muscles and help improve flexibility and mobility. A great recovery opportunity for every body!
