Bio: I come from an athletic background, growing up primarily playing volleyball and dancing. However, my fitness journey didn’t really begin until my sophomore year of high school where I began a summer strength and conditioning program to enhance my volleyball skills. During this time in high school, I also developed a very poor relationship with food, and I didn’t understand the correct way of being healthy. Both of these experiences led me into pursuing a degree in Health Promotion/Wellness, where I transformed my thinking of what being healthy and fit really means. I also discovered how much passion I have for fitness and wanting to change people’s lives through their health and wellness.
Now that I have graduated from UWSP, I am super excited to be joining the Personal Training team. I am also a Group Fitness Instructor here at 212, and am working towards getting certified as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and NETA Group Exercise Instructor.
I am extremely excited to be a part of the team here, helping YOU achieve your fitness goals through personal training and group fitness!

The Reason I Became a Personal Trainer:  I am very passionate about fitness and helping others, so being a personal trainer allows me to help others with their health and fitness goals.

Why I'm So Passionate about Fitness: Fitness is an amazing outlet for relieving stress, forgetting your worries, pushing past self-defeating thoughts, having fun, and becoming a better version of yourself each and every day.

My Approach to Training People: My training philosophy is to meet you where you’re at and create a fun, motivating, and goal-oriented training plan to enhance your life.

The Most Important Aspect of Fitness: Mental and emotional wellness. How healthy you are on the inside determines how healthy your body can be on the outside. If you have zero motivation, energy, self-confidence, or happiness, it is so much more difficult to be active.
