Family-Friendly Classes in August


Share the benefits and fun of fitness with your child! 212 members can bring their child(ren), ages 8-14, to select classes in August that feature balance, agility, cardio, and strength. Please note, all are welcome to attend. These group fitness classes are not exclusive to families.
