  Features simple but seriously ot dance moves, SH'BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star-even if you feel like you are dance-challenged.

 RPM Is a 55-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance lever and pedal speed.

 
Zumba This class uses a fusion of Latin and international dance themes (from the Colombian cumbia to merengue, salsa, and calypso) creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routine features aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You can burn up to 450 calories per hour and get a toning workout as well.
 
BodyBlast:  An intense freestyle class to ultimately rev up your cardio  and strength!  Designed to use mainly body-weight using multiple functional exercises to challenge all participant levels and get your heart racing.  Some equipment may be used at times, so be ready to get moving!
 
BTS Group Kick: This gripping hours burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength!  Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness.  From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Kick combines cutting edge moves with thrilling music.  This electric experience is addictive!  Bring it on with Group Kick!

Strength

Bodypump Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

  Equal CORE ANNIHILATION!  Get ready for an explosive high intensity 30 minute workout that will shred your abs, gluts, back, hips, thighs, and everything in-between.  This class is geared for experienced exercisers for a mximum core training.  Participants will use resistance tubes and weight plates to rev up the challenge for fast results.

 
Zumba Toning  Blending body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

 

 
 
 

Classes are 55 minutes in length unless noted.  Please advise instructor of any health conditions.  Only Group Fitness participants may be in Group Fitness studios during class times.

*Senior Stretch n’ Sculpt is 45 minutes / Qi-Gong is 30 minutes / CXWORX is 30 minutes
