Get In Shape…With A Little Help From Your Friends!

At Adventure 212 Fitness, our group fitness classes help you burn calories, improve muscle tone and have fun at the same time! Why exercise alone at home, when you can get in shape with the help of our trained instructors and the support of an enthusiastic group of new friends.

Getting Started…

Don’t worry about your experience. All classes are appropriate for beginners with little or no experience. Choose a BODYPUMP™ workout if you are interested in adding muscle definition, a cardio class to build cardiovascular endurance and shed a few extra pounds, or BODYFLOW™, yoga or Pilates class for flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. Feel the rhythm and feel the burn with a high energy Zumba dance class. Get your feet wet (and the rest of your body too) with one of our fun Aqua classes! With more than 50 classes every week, you’ll be sure the find the right group fitness class to fit your busy schedule.

Each class is 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for classes that use special equipment. If you have a health condition, please let your instructor know. Only Group Fitness participants may be in a Group Fitness Studio during class time.
